We collect what we need to draft and deliver your letter, and nothing we don't.
What we collect
The details you enter for your letter: your name and address, the recipient's name and address, and your description of the dispute. If you add email or registered-mail delivery, we use the relevant addresses to send it.
How we use it
We use your information only to generate your letter, deliver it through the channels you chose, and show you the status of any response. We do not sell your information.
Service providers
We rely on a small number of processors to do this — for payments, email delivery, and physical mail. They receive only what they need to perform their part and are bound to protect it.
Your control
You can ask us to delete the information associated with a letter. Some records may be retained where we are required to keep them.
